Clinic policies

Booking an appointment

Appointments and other procedures can be booked by phone and email.

For emergencies, an appointment is not required, but it is best to call us first so we can establish whether we can help you at all or need to refer you to colleagues. This matters so you don't lose time in urgent situations.

When you book a procedure, we will tell you everything that may need to be done beforehand (minimal activity – do not let your dog overexert itself before the procedure).

If you do not get this information from the vet when booking, please ask about the price of the exam and other procedures before you decide to book a slot.

You can pay for services in cash or by card.

Conduct in the clinic

Please keep dogs in the clinic on a leash or in a carrier if it is a small pet. Do not allow your dog to mark its territory in the waiting room or the clinic.

Please bring cats in a carrier (never in your arms or in open bags) and let us know as soon as you arrive if there are dogs in the waiting room.

Payment for services

Please ask about the price of services before booking or upon arrival, before any procedure begins.

Prices are displayed in the clinic and we will be happy to help if you have any questions.

We expect services to be paid once the procedure is completed.

The most flexible payment terms are available for regular clients.

Communication and emergencies

If you believe it is an emergency requiring immediate help, call us by phone. Do not send SMS or messages via Viber – we may not hear them, especially at night.

For any information and any communication, our phones are available for direct or electronic contact (Viber, email).

Please get in touch whenever you think it is necessary and we will decide together whether you need to come in for an exam, a check-up or another procedure.

Sometimes it is important to simply get the right advice at the right moment, because some problems can be resolved without coming to the clinic.
