On Sundays and outside regular hours – emergency cases on call – 0-24h. For emergencies an appointment is not necessary, but it is best to call ahead so we can determine whether we can help or need to refer you to a colleague.
Do not send SMS or messages via Viber. We may not hear them – especially at night.

What to do before arriving
- Call us by phone. Do not text — in an emergency, a phone call is the only reliable way to reach us.
- Describe what happened. When it started, what you noticed, and whether your pet ate anything or received any treatment.
- Wait for instructions. We will tell you whether to come to us or we will refer you to colleagues who handle the specific area.
- Bring documentation. Health record and previous test results if you have them.
